Patient Center Resources and Information
Dental emergencies can usually be seen immediately. Non-emergency new patients are seen for a thorough examination and diagnosis. A comprehensive dental examination will include an evaluation of teeth, gums, bite, joints and soft tissues of the head and neck area. Insurance and financial arrangements will be handled before the treatment begins.
One of the best ways to protect and maintain your teeth for life is to have a hygienist clean your teeth regularly. At the completion of treatment, you will be added to our prevention follow-up program (recall). We are very proud of our hygiene team; our coordinator, who will remind you of your appointments, and our hygienist, who will help you keep your teeth and gums in optimal health. The interval between your follow-up appointments will depend upon how extensive your oral breakdown has been.
For your convenience Stonelodge Dental provides the following printable patient forms (PDF) for our patients. Download and print the patient forms then bring it with you when you schedule your appointment.
